The look and construction of
"The look and construction of the opener was very good. My complaint is the tip of the corkscrew. For some reason when held upright in the correct position for screwing into the cork it would not bite into the cork. I had to hold it on an angle to get it started which resulted in it not being centered which then would not allow the metal tabs to hold onto the bottle rim when I tried to extract the cork. Overall I am disappointed in this product. I had purchased the second one as a gift and am now very hesitant to give it."

Great opener but no so good knife
"The knife gets dull and be serrated edged is hard on the foil and tends to rip rather then cut cleanly if the knife was exactly curved but non serrated it would be a winner for me"
