"This was a gift and when I reached out to rabbit, they keep asking for receipt, place of purchase, etc. I get it but it was a GIFT and I can't get that information. Either it doesn't work or I can't figure out how to work it. If they'd take this back and just give me even $100 worth of products, I'd be okay. Either you stand behind your product or you don't and it looks like they don't anymore. I've always loved Rabbit. . . or did."

Since I hadn’t bought online I am just now seeing all of the bad reviews - the reviews are just as bad on Amazon. Looks like the company should do a total redesign And then give a replacement to all of these unhappy customers."
"Very aesthetically pleasing, but the apparatus that causes the corkscrew to drill into the bottle broke after opening the 7th bottle. We have another tabletop opener that has lasted us several hundred bottles without issue. I have tried googling a fix or replacement part but have had no luck. Buyer beware that if you want something functional this may not be your best choice."

"This is so frustrating! It's expensive, it looks great but it does not work unless I'm completely doing something wrong. I get about 1 bottle to open out of 10. For me, the corkscrew just goes in and out without pulling the cork out with it. HELP!!!!!"
