I Wish It Was Made Better
"We are serious collectors of wine and throw large wine parties many times each year. This is my favorite wine opening device, but unfortunately it breaks very easily. The black part of the opener that appears to made of steel is actually plastic. If I could include a picture of the ones that broke you would be amazed at how badly they break. I wish they would make it out of steel and it would last a very long time."
Should have lasted longer
"We’ve had this for a couple of years now and for the 17+ dollars we paid for it expected it to be in the household indefinitely. It worked smooth and effectively for a while but a couple of months ago we had to “Jury-rig” a part of it with our own steel wire inside at the top of the screw part of the unit. Just purchased another brand. Sad. ….. As no wine opener should come to critical of disrepair and end up with a bottle but no opener! 😁 We probably should’ve started out with the original design? Retire this one."

"It’s difficult to rate my wing corkscrew as it hasn’t shipped. OnTrac tells me a shipping label was created March 17, they go on to tell me that today April 6 the package has not been received."
