Awful DO NOT BUY

"I ordered Christmas gift before Thanksgiving. It arrived broken in pieces so I initiated a replacement. I was sent a confirmation email saying that a replacement has been ordered and will ship and arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. At the two week mark when I inquired about where my package was, I was informed the item is out of stock And they could only offer me a refund. When was the company going to tell me that the item was out of stock so that I could fulfill a replacement or a refund before Christmas? The only way I found out is after I inquired. I will never be ordering from Rabbit again because their products are cheaply made and break and they can’t even fulfill shipments on time."

"Nice to have a few in case you have more than one bottle open at a time, are outdoors, it's summer, or are closer to the equater where they warm up faster. The aerater no doubt adds dimension to the taste. I really love these and have a collection of them. They take up no room in the freezer and will magically elevate the experience even if you are enjoying the cheapest bottle of wine! The Houdini by Rabbit wine chiller's stainless wand/rod unscews off the pourer for easy cleanup and do not pick up taste like the plastic ones that like icicles. These are a must have and are useful and appreciated gifts!"
