Broken within the first 4 months
"I received this as a Christmas present from my mother. It no longer opens the wine bottles. The corkscrew just spins and spins causing my wine to become corked if I'm unable to finagle the cored cork out successfully. The first time I thought it was the a dry cork but for the next 4 attempts, of different wines at varied ages, I've gotten the same result. I'm not looking forward to telling my mother the gift I loved is ultimately an epic fail. I definitely do not recommend."
It’s doesn’t work, glue everywhere
"The corkscrew doesn’t work or charge. There is glue all over the base. None of the cords seat flush or properly. There’s no storage space for the foil cutter. It feels light and cheap. I wrote an email to customer service three days ago, but still don’t have a response. Cool idea, poor execution."
