"I purchased a Rabbit for my wife for Christmas and she loved it. She used it for a couple of months, not super frequently, and then it just died on us and now won’t hold a charge at all."
"Looks great but the base holder is not deep enough so the unit is top heavy and wobbles. It should be much more secure. Would have been easy to do in the mfg process so perplexed why this wasn’t done properly. Have not used yet. Charging it first for 6 hours per the instructions."
"I am surprised/disappointed at the apparent weakness of the device's motor. It seems to really struggle removing corks, seemingly just barely able to complete the task. The vacuum sealer works but requires a relatively long period before the tone sounds to indicate completion. The device works, just less elegantly than I anticipated."
"My Rabbit cork screw worked for 13 months and then would not operate at all, even after placing on charger several different times. I thought at first it had internal batteries that might be replaced, but product is impossible to open to expose the insides components, but impossible to do so."

"This electrical opener does not seem to have a lot of power and it does not work fast, but it does the job. I like that it has a mechanism to suck out the air, and cork the unfinished bottle. I have not see that feature in an electric model before."
