"This corkscrew is unusable because the CHINESE manufacturer has made huge design errors. You can't get the cork off the screw because because the screw will not extend out far enough to grip the cork. Rabbit doesn't seem to know this, or doesn't care, since I told them in detail about the problem and returned the one I had purchased. Yep, you guessed it. They quickly sent me another one just like it with the same defect. Now I have two openers that I can't use. I just don't understand how they can be oblivious to the problem So much for Rabbit products."
