Bulky and not kitchen or human user friendly
"Extremely disappointed in this wine opener for multiple reasons including the price tag. Issues simply listed: #1- there are 3 moving parts on this opener that make it floppy and bulky. The handle at the top flops around so easily. #2- I can't place the opener in my kitchen cabinet drawer- the handles flare out and it gets caught in the drawer when opening it, extremely frustrating I have put a rubber band on the handles to make it fit in the drawer. There is no good way to store this opener! #3- The cork does not come off the opener easily Design of this opener is over thought- not worth the money. Rabbit has much better options. We have a more simple wine opener that resembles the vertical rabbit corkscrew and we LOVE it. It takes 1 pull of the handle to pull the cork out of the wine, then another pull of the handle and the cork is released. It's minimal / sleek / and no issue with floppy handles. . . . . . . . . Sometimes minimal is best."

"Unfortunately, the product is not what I expected. I thought that by paying top dollar, I was getting a solid, metal frame that opens bottles seamlessly, but instead, the main piece and handles are plastic. We already have one like this and it no longer works effectively. Will be returning."

Doesn’t work
"A lot of money for an opener that doesn’t work and feels super flimsy, We’ve had to rescrew the cork into the opener many times and it screw into the cork but doesn’t pull it out - come straight out with no cork attached :/. We had a much better version that we received for a wedding present 27 years ago that just broke. Wish I could replace that one."

Rabbit still great…miss the case
"This is my 3rd Rabbit wine opener. I wouldn’t buy anything else. But I was disappointed to find that this one did not come with a storage case as my previous ones did. Frustrating not to be able to store the pieces all in one place."

"This is the best corkscrew on the market! Comes with a replacement screw and foil cutter. This is the second one we’ve bought. It took years before we needed a new one. When I asked my husband what he wanted for his birthday,, he wanted the Rabbit, and of course I bought him a bottle of wine to go with it."

Amazing customer service
"Ordered with about a week to spare between delivery and Christmas and after my building couldn't find the package with it being marked as delivered by the carrier, customer service quickly shipped out a replacement free of charge and it arrived before Christmas. Ultimately the original shipment arrived and they said enjoy a second one on them. Now the gift receiver and I both have great new openers. Thanks!"
