We offer free standard shipping on all domestic contiguous US orders. We offer expedited shipping options by FedEx. All FedEx shipping rates are actual rates directly from Fed Ex and are based on the dimensional weight and delivery address on your order.
US Shipping Options
FREE Standard Ground (To US 48 contiguous states including District of Columbia)
Delivered within 4-8 business days from ship date.
Standard delivery will ship with UPS Sure Post. UPS Sure Post is an economy, residential, ground service.
This service combines the consistency and reliability of the UPS Ground network with final delivery typically provided by the U.S. Postal Service.
Shipping Costs to Alaska and Hawaii Shipping by "Ground" to Alaska and Hawaii is a flat $27 of order total for all orders.

Delivered within 1-7 business days from shipment date.
Express Saver (Fed Ex Express Saver)
Delivered within 3 business days from shipment date.
Fed Ex 2 Day
Delivered within 2 business days from shipment date.
Delivered the next business day afternoon from shipment date.
Expedited and Express orders placed before 2:00 p.m. EST are usually shipped the same business day. Expedited and Express orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 5 days of placing your order.
Delivery to PO Boxes is unavailable at this time.
Non-Domestic U.S. Addresses
We ship to all U.S. territories including Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. At this point we are not shipping internationally or to APO/FPO addresses.
Ordering, Tracking & Payment
We ask that you review your order carefully, as it cannot be modified once submitted. You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process, as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total. The customer is responsible for entering their order correctly online and any error that could occur. Examples of which (but not limited to) are typing errors ("typos"), transposing addresses, swapping billing and shipping addresses, selecting the wrong items or colors, duplicate orders, etc.
While we will certainly work with the customer to try and resolve the mistake, the responsibility is the customers' to give us the correct order information. Please check the order for errors before submitting it. Once an order has begun processing in the warehouse, we are unable to cancel the order/shipment.
If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking on Your Account, signing in, and selecting Order History. To check the status of any other order, call 1.866.843.3905.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships.
We are required to collect local sales tax in states where Taylor Precision Products Inc. maintains a physical presence. A physical presence can be a store, office, warehouse or contact center.
If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item.
Rabbit Wine will accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase if the Rabbit Wine Product was purchased directly from RabbitWine.com. If the Rabbit Wines product was purchased from a retailer or other reseller of Rabbit Wine Products, then you must return the Rabbit Wine Product to such retailer/reseller, in which case your return will be covered by the return/refund policy of that retailer/reseller. If the item was purchased directly from RabbitWine.com and you would like to proceed with a refund, please contact Consumer Service by phone Toll Free 1-866-843-3905 with your original order number and payment information. Accordingly, please have this information readily available. Rabbit Wine will verify that your return is being made during the applicable 30-day return period. Once your order has been verified, you will receive an e-mail which will include your RGA number & instructions for the return. Shipping & Handling costs will not be refunded unless the product is defective. Rabbit Wine will refund to you the purchase price you paid for the returned Rabbit Wine Product. Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit to the Credit Card you used for the original purchase, less Shipping & Handling charges. Please allow 5-7 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be reflected on your credit card statement.
Any shipping fees associated with making returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless the product is defective. Rabbit Wine is not responsible for lost returns or shipping fees associated with lost returns.
